I filled out the chart. No photos were taken, and there was a consultation fee. I had had canthoplasty on one eye, and the other side was fine, but I had a severe hook-shaped scar on one eye, so I got a consultation. They did not recommend restoration. They said it would need to be opened more, but if it were opened further the shape would not be pretty. The consultation ended quickly. They did not recommend surgery, so I was not given a price.
