The consultation manager's speaking style was way too burdensome (kind of like overacting). Well, that's just a speaking style and I can call it my preference, but the question "Which clinic did you do it at?" is that a standard question..? Does it even matter if I know? Once I realized I knew enough and was trying to end the consultation, they kept asking what was stopping me from deciding and it felt like their goal was to push me into surgery somehow, which annoyed me. Because of the consultation manager, I don't even want to go. I guess that's why consultation matters too.
