I went in even though I had already booked a consultation, and I did wait about an hour... but it seemed like they were busy with surgery, and I thought it might actually be more trustworthy if they were focused on surgery rather than consultations. I had been debating whether to have the surgery, and the director directly confirmed the exact things I wanted to hear and said I would absolutely be a case that improves, so I decided to have it. I had seen reviews saying they would send you away if you were a case better off not doing it. And it seemed like they specialize in epicanthoplasty revision, so I felt reassured. It has not been long since the surgery, so the scar is still raised, but I really love the corrected shape and how much improvement there is!!!! I honestly think I made the right choice and wish I had done it earlier ㅠㅠ On the day of surgery, the wait was not long and everything went faster and more comfortably than I expected, so there was no discomfort. I am looking forward to the day the scar fades.
