The manager and the doctor both consulted sincerely. I was very satisfied with the consultation. What concerns me is that they didn't explain the surgery method in detail, the aftercare seems lacking, and there are quite a few reviews saying it opened back up again. Based on my own searching and visiting, it's still the one I like the most so far.
