I made a consultation appointment and went in to consult about a medial canthoplasty I also needed a lateral canthoplasty, and because there was a scar in front of the tear duct due to the enlarged line, I asked about a medial canthoplasty to reduce the enlarged line, but it seems they don’t really recommend doing a double-line fixation, and because there wasn’t enough extra skin, they said incision surgery wasn’t possible either. I only ended up consulting about the lateral canthoplasty. I guess difficult cases don’t work.
