I went in to check my recovery progress. I understand the director is busy, but he only gave a very perfunctory look at the progress and then rushed straight out to the treatment room, and it felt like because I was already a paid patient he was acting different than before. If that’s the case, why tell me to come in for a follow-up? I wrote down all the things I wanted to ask in my notes app, but he just left, and the nurse said she would pass the notes along. I wanted him to look at my eyes directly and tell me himself, so I’m disappointed by the attitude.
