I went in for a consultation because there is a very well-known doctor there. The consultation goes in the order of manager-doctor-manager. Even though I had a reservation, the wait was extremely long. The manager was neither particularly kind nor particularly rude, with a "do it if you want to, don't if you don't" attitude. The doctor looked a bit tired and did ask about my needs, but seemed to have his own style or principles. He seemed very confident, which I liked.
