It has been 10 months since I had the inner canthus revision. My life fell into hell. During the pre-op consultation, they guaranteed that it was a minor revision and that because the amount of correction was small, there would be almost no scar, so I chose it. The result was depressed scars, white scars, and raised scars on both eyes, and inside there was also skin adhesion in the shape of a nail scar. As for the shape, one side became a small ㄷ-shape deformity, and the other side had no deformity but was covered in white-scar disaster. My previous eyes were sharp because of the inner canthoplasty, but there were absolutely no scars. Now I ended up with this kind of scarring, and I developed panic disorder and could not breathe properly. The scars are so severe that more than the shape, I stare at the mirror every day and got depressed. The hospital suggested regenerative injections (PDRN salmon injections) for treatment, so I had 3 sessions, but there was no effect at all. After consultations at other revision hospitals and dermatology clinics, they all said it would be a miracle if those injections improved depressed scars. In conclusion, they said it was meaningless. When I asked for A/S, they first refused, then on the second time said they could try zero revision, then on the third visit, when I said I would receive A/S, they changed their words and refused. The doctor said that if they did A/S, it might become worse than my current scars, and asked if I would still do it. Since I was so desperate, I said I would still receive it, and then they refused again. (Then why ask?) In the middle of the consultation, the doctor just walked out, and from then on face-to-face consultation was refused by the doctor and only consultation with the manager was possible. They said the doctor would only answer online if I wanted medical opinion. In addition, the manager kept lying endlessly and tortured me for months, booking consultations only at opening time or closing time by saying the schedule was full, and when I asked for a reservation in a friend's name, they said the consultation time was flexible and any time was fine lol. I took leave and visited at the time they said was available, but there wasn’t even one person there, and they had emptied everything out. Why does A/S even exist? If the doctor refuses, A/S ends there. I also paid money here as a customer and had surgery, so how does it make sense to refuse consultation and refuse treatment? They only care about YouTube, blogs, and plastic-surgery app marketing, while post-op responsibility is entirely left to the patient. (In fact, when I spoke with the consultation manager, they said the scar was not their responsibility ^^)
