I made a reservation and went in for a consultation, but because I couldn't make it at the reserved time, even though they said same-day consultation would be difficult, I went after they told me I could come, only to end up waiting for over an hour. It was largely my fault for missing the reservation time, but I had never waited an hour at any clinic, so I was so flustered that I was about to leave, but they said a direct consultation with the director was difficult and only the consultation manager was available, so I barely got one. Only then did the director come in personally to take a look. But it wasn't as meticulous or professional as the reviews made it sound. I had been under a lot of stress from exposed lacrimal caruncle, hook shape, and nail-poking caused by a botched epicanthoplasty, and the shape of the inner corner of the eyes I had wanted so badly looked exactly like the after photo of Mate's reconstruction, so I came here. They did say the eye shape I wanted would be possible, but somehow I didn't feel a very strong sense of confidence, so my expectations dropped a bit. Instead, they said the scar improvement under the eyes that I hadn't mentioned first would probably also be effective, and they spoke in a positive direction. The director consultation was very short, around 10 minutes, and then the consultation manager came back in, but they clearly didn't understand the area I wanted improved at all (when I explained what part I wanted to change and how, they said, "It's not that severe?") And the extra charges that suddenly got added for no real reason from the event price (anesthesia fee + VAT + scar fee? went up by 220,000 won each) added another 1 million won on top of the 1.6 million, making the total estimate 2.5 million won (;;), but with review discount and photo discount it came down to 2.2 million. But even that was only if I put down a deposit on the very same day of consultationㅠㅠ They were adamant that if even one day passed, they would charge the original price of 2.5 million. I had only come for the consultation that day, but they made it so I couldn't really refuse to leave a deposit. In the end, I put down a somewhat forced deposit under the condition that they would provide forehead Botox service because I was opening my eyes with my forehead, but even though the deposit agreement said, "No fee for cancellation one week in advance," they said that wasn't the case and that there would always be a 10% fee, which made me lose some of my feeling toward this clinic..
