I went after watching a YouTuber get a medial canthoplasty revision.. During the consultation they said it could improve the impression and leave only a small scar, so I went in feeling pretty light about it. But once I actually had the surgery, the lacrimal caruncle was blocked way too much, and it was definitely not round at all, it was blocked in a D-shapeㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ Even if the surgeon seems kind, if they’re someone who can just keep doing surgeries, they’ll definitely push surgery no matter what. My original medial canthoplasty wasn’t that severe, so even though I had a minimal correction, my impression changed completelyㅋㅋㅋㅋ Unless it’s really severe and you can’t live your daily life, do not get revision surgery for this.
