I waited a little over 2 hours... It’s a famous hospital and the manager was kind, so I had high expectations, but the consultation with the director took 1 minute flat. He told me not to do it. He said I have eyes that need more opening, but there’s no room to make them any wider, and if we tried to close them more, my eyes would become extremely small and the satisfaction would be low. He also said there was no guarantee that the hook scar would improve, and it could even get worse.
