I arrived comfortably on time for my consultation appointment, but after waiting for over an hour, the consultation manager came in briefly and said the director would be here soon, so I kept waiting in the room for over twenty more minutes. It was just endless waiting. I left without even seeing the director's face. When they asked how long I was planning to wait, the staff had no confident attitude or kindness at all. It was an awful visit.
