There was no wait for consultation, and the consultation director responded calmly, so I felt comfortable. Too much intensity or aggressiveness would be stressful, but they responded at just the right level. The consultation with the doctor was also thorough, and they didn't over-recommend things, saying clearly when something wasn't right. The consultation itself was a very positive experience.
