I live in the provinces, so I got a consultation through KakaoTalk, and they explained everything in great detail even over chat. There was an extra charge for the chief director. I only got a consultation for liposuction, and unlike many hospitals that say they only tell you the price when you come in, I actually liked that the price was fixed by area.
