The consultation coordinator was extremely kind and the atmosphere of the clinic was nice. When I consulted with the director, I could feel how busy they were, but they still explained things well. The consultation went coordinator -> director -> coordinator. They didn’t pressure me to pay a deposit, which I really liked. The reason I didn’t have surgery here was that another clinic had more reviews and matched my style better, so I only had the consultation.
