I had a consultation for nostrils + bridge. I was scared of silicone, so I mostly wanted nostrils, and I went twice because I wanted another consultation about doing everything if I was going to do it anyway. I could feel that they carefully thought about how much would suit my face and the surgical method during the consultation. There aren't many reviews about using silicone, so I'm still deciding how to proceed, but if I do it, I feel like I'll do it here..
