The consultation felt short, but it was short and impactful.. They didn't do a CT scan; they took photos and proceeded, and as soon as the doctor came in, he sketched my nose and said what was what about my nose right now. Then he asked what I was dissatisfied with and told me how it could be handled surgically.. For now, I personally want a custom implant without shaving down the hump, but this clinic doesn't do that surgery, so they said they would have to shave a little. Still, when I said I didn't want that, they did explain the option without shaving. It felt like our aesthetic goals matched.
