The doctor explained so fast that I was a bit taken aback, probably because he explains every day. Still, if I asked about anything I was curious about, such as the surgery method and aftercare, he explained it in detail. Even when I asked follow-up questions about the consultation, both the doctor and the manager kindly explained everything in detail, which was nice. They did recommend additional procedures, but it wasn't pushy.
