I hated how much my nostrils spread when I smiled, and I also didn’t like that the nostril area looked a bit big even when I wasn’t smiling, so I had surgery. I only had lateral alar reduction, and the nostril shape came out pretty, and the alar area also looks naturally shaped so that only the downside disappeared, which I like.
