I was introduced by an acquaintance because they had another surgery done here. After consulting with the head counselor, I went into the consultation with the director together with my acquaintance, and they explained things kindly and well. What confused me a bit on the day of surgery was that the people guiding the surgery kept bringing up the review-writing even before the surgery started, as if they were new, or as if they hadn't properly handed over the patient information. They kept saying things like it was because of an event promotion, and when I said I hadn’t heard that during the consultation, they said they would ask about it, then left and said nothing until the surgery was over, so I thought it must have been sorted out well enough. After the surgery I came home, and the same thing happened again over KakaoTalk. When I asked them to connect me to the head counselor I had consulted with, they just replied, "Yes~" and then no more answer again. The acquaintance who referred me said it wasn’t like this for themㅠ They said this is a place that does many expensive surgeries, so maybe they don’t provide post-consultation for liposuctionㅠ Since then there’s been no contact at all, so I’m thinking of going there in person..ㅎㅎ
