I had philtrum reduction surgery last year. They said I didn't really need the mouth corners done, so I didn't do them. Because my philtrum was so long, I had the surgery at a moderate level. It seems to have turned out naturally. Unfortunately, there is still some scarring, so I think I'll need to keep managing it. It's been about 10 months, and people around me say my overall impression looks younger.
