The hospital isn't super big or flashy. I went because I really wanted a philtrum-nose surgery while trying to combine functional and cosmetic nose surgery. It seems like they definitely plan to shorten the columella, so I'm a bit torn. The doctor seemed tired, but explained things calmly and well. With their long experience, they seem to know things at a glance. They don't poke and prod at the nose much. As the reviews said, there is pressure to pay a deposit.
