I felt this during the consultation too, but maybe because the director has a lot of experience, everything really felt like a perfect match. It seemed like the clinic was busy and hectic because it was peak season, but the director explained the key points well, so I did not feel the consultation was lacking, and compared with other clinics the waiting time was a bit long. Maybe because the director has a good sense, he caught my needs right away, so the conversation flowed better than at other clinics and it was a very satisfying consultation.
