I went in for a nose surgery consultation, but maybe because they're famous for philtrum surgery.. they also recommended philtrum surgery to me, so I was a bit taken aback. But it turned out I had accidentally applied for an event consultation for philtrum + nose surgery..^^ㅠ Still, when I said I wasn't thinking of philtrum surgery, they reflected my desired direction well~
