I had a phone consultation, but the person handling it was so rude.. They cut me off and answered before I even finished asking, and because they answered without fully understanding my question, my concerns weren’t resolved at all;; Maybe not the doctor, but the person doing the phone consultation seems to lack both professionalism and customer service skills.. The ad said 2.75 million, and they said anesthesia was an extra 500,000 won.
