I looked around and saw a lot of people getting revision surgery, so I went for a consultation. They explained things in detail while looking at the CT, and they clearly explained the parts I was curious about and the parts I wanted improved. My last surgery used autologous costal cartilage, so I'm planning to use autologous costal cartilage again. After the last surgery, my crooked nose got even worse, and only the tip was too high, so the shape looked odd. They said that with revision surgery they could lower the tip, remove the columella, improve the deviation, and so on, and that everything I wanted would be possible. I was generally happy with the consultation, but after I got home and looked at the premium reviews, there were a lot saying the nose became crooked after surgery.. At the consultation, they said 90% of the deviation could be improved.. If I do it this time, it'll be my fifth surgery, so I want to be careful, and I'm planning to visit a few more hospitals..
