I went because it was famous for philtrum-to-nose balance. I had minor protrusion correction + revision nose surgery. Costal cartilage was used, and you can choose between donated rib cartilage / autologous rib cartilage (price varies depending on the harvesting method). However, they raise the nose to the maximum regardless of facial shape or image. If you like a glamorous nose or if a high nose suits your face, maybe that's fine, but for people who like something natural or whose faces don't suit a high nose, it gives a very nose-heavy look, so I don't recommend it.
