I remember the staff being kind. The director gave the impression of being busy. From a patient's perspective, this is the kind of place where you may have a lot of questions, but because they were busy, I got the impression that they only checked and told me the important information. The photos shown in the reviews themselves were, if I remember correctly, pretty okay.
