The nose director seemed very trustworthy, and I think he would make everyone’s nose look the same, but if he liked the result in the review he was doing, he seemed like the kind of person who would make it into an equally flashy line. And if there was something about me that made it impossible to make exactly the same line I wanted, he honestly said that. I liked that. But the facial contouring director was really just doing everything carelessly, like, "Yeah, I’ll cut it like this and do it like that," without even looking closely at my face; it felt like he was repeating the exact same lines to every patient. And when I said that a CT taken elsewhere had shown I had a lot of facial fat and I wanted liposuction too, he was like, "Well, that’s something you can control..." and didn’t even add liposuction, just looked me over, lol. Ugh, so annoying thinking about it again. I’m 163 cm / 52-54 kg. Even if my body has little muscle and only fat, it’s not a body that should hear something like that; it means I’m the kind of body that carries fat in my face. In other words, if they don’t remove fat during contouring, my face will sag. But in the end they didn’t include it in the surgical plan, so I even had to tell the consultation manager, "I want that liposuction..." Anyway, I’m not getting contouring done here. Ah, this got long while I was writing, but the consultation manager was kind and I felt they really thought about the patient.
