I consulted with the main director for philtrum reduction. The doctor was so cynical and answered questions in a scolding tone that I felt like it would be hard to say what I wanted, so I didn't go through with the surgeryㅠㅠ The consultation manager was very pretty and kind, and they do push the deposit a bit.
