The director is kind, but always looks extremely tired. The manager didn't seem very professional, so I just half-listened to what they said, and the other staff were just okay and not especially kind. The waiting time is always way too long, and they even make you wait on the day of surgery too lol. On the day of surgery I thought, ah, my surgery probably won't go well, and I felt deep regret.... It feels a bit factory-like, and it's not a place that really does aftercare well or is proactive about care. They say they prioritize safety, but I wonder whether it's because their technique is lacking or what. Even close acquaintances couldn't tell I had changed after the surgery lol. All I got was a huge amount of bridge puffiness, and I just lost money. I even doubt they'll handle a revision if I ask. There seem to be sporadic incidents here, and lots of brokers too, so honestly... I want to advise people to go to another clinic.
