The consultation with the director was kind and detailed. However, the waiting time was long, and during the consultation with the staff member, I felt that there wasn't enough overall discussion of the surgery compared with other hospitals' consultations. It felt like they were rushing me into booking, so I didn't feel much trust and ended up hesitating. The price was good because there were no extra charges beyond the price I was told in advance when I made my inquiry.
