The doctor was kind and explained everything in detail. However, the counseling staff were way too young and had no professionalism at all.. I waited a bit before going in, but since it was the last consultation slot of the day, they seemed eager to get a deposit taken and wrap things up quickly.. I even paid the deposit, but that part bothered me, so I canceled and left. After that, maybe they forgot about it, because I never got a separate text with the price information, which was ridiculous.
