I originally only booked a consultation for philtrum reduction, but since they also do philtrum and nose together a lot here, I just consulted about my nose as well. The total wait time was about 20 minutes. The consultation with the manager was just okay, but the doctor's consultation was satisfying because he explained things in detail. My nose turned out to be a major overhaul, and with all the extra procedures added, just the nose alone came to over 10 million won (it's a revision surgery). For the philtrum consultation, I liked that they said scars would definitely form and didn't pressure me to choose, but if I were to do it, adding the corners of the mouth and a C-curvature would push it to nearly 5 million won too... I never imagined it would come out to this much, but I think that's because I haven't consulted around much yet, so please keep that in mind.
