I remember the waiting time was long. I first consulted with the consultation manager, and after that I had the consultation with the doctor. They were kind, answered my questions well, and had a straightforward, no-nonsense way of speaking. However, there were so many people that they seemed very busy, so that was also something I hesitated about before surgery.
