I wanted to consult because the doctor’s reviews were good, so I went. The people at the front desk and the manager were kind, and the doctor was kind too, which was nice. The doctor first asked what I was worried about and why I was considering surgery, then explained the implant and the surgical method in detail. There was a bit of a wait, but I think that’s because they take time to do the consultation carefully. I had a lot of questions and asked about all sorts of things, and they answered kindly and well, which I appreciated. It also seemed like the aftercare system was well set up.
