I went in for a revision eye-surgery consultation, and there were so many staff at the front desk and so many patients that it felt chaotic. Even the operating-room staff came out and kept chatting with the desk staff, so it felt awkward to ask questions in the middle of it all... The director seemed like a cheerful person, and the line they drew for me was really pretty. But aside from drawing the line, they didn’t explain much else first... and because they seemed busy, it wasn’t easy to keep the consultation going. Compared with other clinics, the price was unbelievably expensive, and if you want a second consultation with the director, they make you pay 30,000 won. The aftercare is only for one year, which is short, and I didn’t really hear anything about post-op management. It seems like the kind of place where you only trust the line the director draws and then book surgery... The wait is over an hour, and there seem to be a lot of things that need improvement ㅠ
