I liked that they didn’t just answer only the exact thing I asked, but also explained the exact surgery method, materials, and other details thoroughly. I wanted a consultation that was detailed, and I liked how they broke everything down from A to Z in a way that was easy to understand while making sure I understood it. The doctor and the manager were both so kind, and I can see why so many people go here. They also tailored the consultation to the direction I wanted, didn’t pressure me, and didn’t recommend unnecessary procedures. Overall, the consultation was great.
