I made a reservation specifically with Director Kim Hyung-seok and went, but the surgery was delayed so the staff kept coming to recommend another director. The recommendation was very pushy. In the end I couldn't get the consultation that day either (even though I had made a reservation lol), so I set a new date two days later. Even when I went again two days later, I still had to wait. The consultation was kind and clearly explained things, which was nice, but the expensive price and the staff's rudeness left such a bad impression that I didn't choose them. They should either replace the staff or train them properly... Also, when I came up by elevator at the end, the staff all piled in together from the floor that was under construction, and I was like, what is this? They'd come back from smoking there lol. The cigarette smell was insanely strong. Seriously, they should fire all the staff.
