While I was reading reviews because I was planning to get nose surgery, I happened to see a Thank You review, and the line running from the bridge to the tip was exactly my taste, so I went for a consultation. As expected, there were a lot of people. People kept saying the wait was long, and it wasn’t empty at all, but maybe I just picked a good day? There was a wait that was manageable, and every time I was waiting I kept getting updates in between. My bridge is slightly crooked, but they said the septum didn’t look that crooked. They said if they open it and it turns out to be crooked, then they’d have to use donated rib cartilage. I have a slight hump, but they said it was definitely not at the level where it would need osteotomy, just shave it down and place silicone. The bridge itself isn’t low, so there’s no need to make the line overly flashy, and since the tip feels a bit droopy and makes the nose look long, they said just lifting it neatly upward should be enough. They said the crookedness shouldn’t show much if the silicone is matched to the tip and the philtrum. The consultation itself was very clean, and I felt the doctor had a huge amount of knowledge about noses.
