I was surprised that the consultation quality was better than I expected. I read every single review before going, and since there were so many comments about long waits, I deliberately booked a morning consultation... I figured I’d rather be a little tired than wait too long. Maybe because of that, there was almost no wait, but when I came out after the consultation, it looked like there were about 2 people waiting, maybe 3... anyway... I like a tip that’s a little flashy, and even the photos I brought were said not to be a natural style. But they said a glamorous straight line would suit my face well. For a first surgery, they usually don’t recommend autologous costal cartilage much, so if I were to do it, they recommended donor rib cartilage. The cost was not as high as I expected either, and they said the bridge itself wasn’t particularly low and my skin wasn’t particularly thick. But because the tip was drooping and making my nose look long, they said raising the tip and slightly building up the bridge so there wouldn’t be a step between the bridge and the tip would be enough. They said it wasn’t a difficult nose.
