I booked a consultation with the representative director in advance by phone, but Director H.S.Y. came out instead. Since it was the first time I'd heard of this director, I asked why it was different from the doctor I had booked, and the manager said that doctor was recommended because he would fit my eyes much better. I started the consultation feeling confused. The director was very calm and understood the patient's needs well. But there was something lacking in firmness, so I hesitated. The hospital facilities were very clean and there were lots of staff, so it seemed organized. But even though I booked the consultation three weeks in advance, I still waited an hour, and I was disappointed that I couldn't see the doctor I had originally chosen.
