I had a consultation with the head doctor. He was kind and very clear in explaining things, probably because he has so much experience. He showed me five options, and I liked that the one he chose matched my own taste pretty closely (it felt like he could tell what I wanted, so he picked the same option). There were really a lot of people, and the consultant assigned to me was kind, but I’m not sure about the other consultants or the counter staff.
