My hump nose wasn't shaved down properly, so while looking for reviews during my revision rhinoplasty consultations, I saw a review of someone whose nose was similar to mine at Thank You, and since things went well for them I went for a consultation. It was so famous that I was worried it would be fully booked, but I got my preferred date and time in one shot and went in for the consultation. I was worried I might need osteotomy, but they said it was just not shaved down properly and that if it were shaved down correctly again, it would be fine. They also said silicone could be placed over it. My nose bridge is a little crooked, but they said if the silicone is inserted while aligning it with the tip of the nose and the philtrum ridge, it could be corrected sufficiently. My nasal bridge itself isn't especially low, so they said making it higher would be too much, and recommended just slightly increasing the tip instead. I consulted with Director Kwon Jeong-woo, and both the consultation style and the atmosphere were good, so I recommend people who are thinking about nose surgery to get a consultation. I didn't get even a hint of overtreatment.
