Maybe because it’s a large hospital, there really were a lot of people.. So I waited worried that they might not be able to look after each patient properly! I went with an appointment, but still had to wait a bit! I was worried because there were a lot of reviews saying the staff were very rude, but they just felt like people doing their jobs and not really paying much attention to the patient
