It had only been a short time since the clinic opened, so the wait wasn’t very long. The doctor’s consultation wasn’t especially explanatory or kind, more like I had already researched surgery to some extent before going, and the doctor would just give firm yes-or-no answers to what I asked. The consultation wasn’t long. The staff were kind. I didn’t do fat grafting, only repositioning, and at first I was really scared because the subtle inward pull I felt under my eyes when I looked in the mirror lasted for months, but I thought it was probably conjunctival edema... and waited a few more months, and now it’s better. The major swelling went down quickly, but those minor side effects seem to last a long time. Now it’s been about two years, and a tiny bit of under-eye bulge has come back on one side ㅜ It’s definitely better than before surgery, and although lifting laser alone has a hard time improving under-eye bulging, surgery seems to be clearly effective.
