Both the consultation manager and the doctor were extremely kind! I explained the needs I wanted rather vaguely to the doctor, and I liked that he understood exactly and described things in detail! I'm still thinking about whether to actually get the surgery I consulted about today, so I didn't put down a deposit and go ahead with it, but if I make up my mind firmly to have surgery, I think I would do it here.
