I went around evening time, and there were a lot of people waiting and a lot of staff, so I was a bit surprised. Even though I had made a reservation, I ended up waiting over an hour past my appointment time before going in for the consultation. The manager didn’t say much, and the director explained the surgery and how the procedure would go. The director was kind, answered my questions well, and explained everything carefully with a PPT, but the waiting room was so chaotic thatㅜㅜ it was a bit draining.
