First of all, Director G.H.S. is cute. The consultation was gentle and kind like talking to a daughter, but also professional. I thought you might be very busy, but you were full of fighting spirit and really shaped the line exactly the way I wanted. You answered immediately when I asked, which was refreshing. I went around to a few other places too, but the consultation atmosphere and the line you gave me were the best by far!
