I requested a consultation with Dr. Bae and made a reservation, but on the day itself a different doctor came in. The staff member in charge was extremely rude, and I was so flustered by the attitude that I was scrambling around. The consultation director was kind, but the doctor’s way of shaping the line was so flashy and at a level that felt too 부담스러운. So I decided not to make a reservation. I also wanted to look at my nose, but the waiting time was 4 hours, and they basically said it would be better if I did not do it, so I did not. I had expectations because it seemed to have good reviews, but I was very disappointed.
